We have thorough experience of low energy design and international best practices in office design supported by our experience of sustainability certification systems including LEED, BREEAM, GSAS, Passive Haus and DEAP, and more. In particular, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the world’s most recognized rating system to evaluate the environmental performance of buildings and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design.

The project comprises an extension and refurbishment of an existing vacant warehouse on Bowling Green, Galway for Galway City Innovation District(GCID), and the Portershed.
to provide high tech office space, meeting rooms, canteen and related accommodation for circa 130 persons. Proposals include a pedestrian link through to Market St, providing a connection to another office building for the same client within the district and connecting the building and its users to Shop St and the heart of Galway city.

Designs by Cronin Architects have been submitted for planning approval for refurbished and extended office accommodation to Galway city centre.
This project comprises an extension, additional floor and refurbishment to an existing office building on Market Street, Galway for Galway City Innovation District(GCID), and the Portershed. The brief required a variety of and open plan office and collaborative workspace areas, event space, along with meeting rooms and provision of necessary support spaces. The project aims to provide high tech office space, meeting rooms, canteen, event space, and related accommodation for circa 170 persons. Proposals include a shared pedestrian link from Market Street to a proposed Indoor market to the rear being constructed shortly, bike parking, roof garden including a green roof, and flexible event space.

The Digital Hub comprised a circa €500 million Government Urban Regeneration project within Dublin city which is a collaborative space for digital companies to scale and grow. Populated by innovative, digital companies, The Digital Hub fosters an atmosphere of creativity and collaboration. This project involved a detailed client-side advisory role on planning, design, feasibility, and stakeholder consultation.
